Project Description

Located in North Houston, the 15,500 sqft Fire Station #84 is the first of its kind to utilize geothermal water source heat pumps for its air conditioning and heating system. The City of Houston decided to include this feature to provide the most efficient HVAC system available with the least amount of maintenance required. The use of this system is projected to cut energy costs in half.
